The carcass is always made of sturdy lightweight plywood. The front is available in different materials:
- Raw Poplar: Untreated plywood - ideal for finishing yourself (oiling, painting, wrapping). In stock, available immediately.
- Poplar White HPL: Poplar plywood with white HPL coating - easy-care, wipeable, budget-friendly alternative.
- Epicply HPL Basic (pearl matt): Lightweight albasia plywood by epicPLY with HPL in white, anthracite or black.
- Epicply HPL Pro (satin matt): Velvety matt surface - also available in lilac or marble look.
- Epicply HPL Pro Premium: Exclusive colors such as beige, grey, dark green or dark red.
- Epicply real wood veneer: Genuine wood veneer (oak, walnut, ash and more) on lightweight plywood.
- Epicply HPL Ultra AFX: Greenlam anti-fingerprint coating - ultra-matt, antibacterial, scratch-resistant. 12 colors.

Your JULI Vansystem is custom-made for you, so production typically takes about 3–4 weeks . As soon as your conversion system is ready, you can conveniently pick it up directly from our location in Erdmannhausen. In rare cases, production may be delayed slightly, but we will, of course, keep you updated at all times and coordinate the pickup date with you personally. This way, you'll be fully informed from the start and can look forward to your new conversion system with ease.
