General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope:
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.juli-vansystem.com.

2. Contracting party:
   The contract for work or purchase contract is concluded with Julian Weippert, residing at Am Felsengarten 36, 74394 Hessigheim, Germany.

3. Conclusion of contract:
   The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is a non-binding online catalog. Only by clicking the "Submit order" button do you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order takes place together with acceptance of the order immediately after submission by means of an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the contract for work or purchase contract is concluded.

4. Prices and shipping costs:
   All prices stated on the product pages are final prices. They include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

5. Delivery conditions:
   

   Delivery area: We deliver our products within the EU, Germany and Switzerland. Due to the large and bulky parts, high delivery costs apply. The exact delivery costs will be shown to you at checkout. Picking up the products in Erdmannhausen is still possible and is the preferred option, as it is free of charge.

   Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of the order, unless stated otherwise. Please note, however, that the production and delivery of individually manufactured conversion systems for panel vans may vary. We strive to meet the stated time frame, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

   Delivery methods: Delivery takes place either by self-pickup at our location at Robert-Bosch-Straße 9 in Erdmannhausen or by shipping. Due to the large volume of our products, high delivery costs may apply. The exact delivery costs will be shown to you at checkout.

   When ordering several products, a reduced shipping rate can be arranged individually by phone or e-mail. Pickup in Erdmannhausen is free of charge and is the preferred delivery method.

   Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location of the ordered goods. A separate delivery rate applies to each delivery area (within the EU, Germany and Switzerland), both in terms of price and delivery time. The exact shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

   Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or supply bottlenecks. However, we will inform you immediately if your delivery is delayed.

    

6. Production and delivery time:
   As all of our conversion systems for camper vans are made to order, the production and delivery time is usually 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of the order. We strive to meet the stated time frame, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

7. Payment:
   The following payment methods are available in our shop: prepayment, PayPal and credit card. If you select prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

8. Retention of title:
   The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Before ownership is transferred, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.

    

   Right of withdrawal

   Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

   Important information about the right of withdrawal for our products:

   All of our products, including the conversion systems for panel vans and individual furniture, are made individually for you only after your order has been placed. As these products are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to your specific requirements and wishes, withdrawal from the contract is excluded once production has begun.

   Please note that this provision exists for the purpose of consumer protection, and we therefore recommend that you review your order carefully before submitting it.

   If you have any further questions about the right of withdrawal, we will be happy to help.

    

    

9. Warranty and guarantees:
   The statutory liability for defects applies. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the statutory right to demand subsequent performance, withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price within the warranty period. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded unless there is intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part.

10. Dispute resolution:
    The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
