High-Quality Conversion System for Panel Vans

Our conversion system for panel vans is the ideal solution for a robust and flexible interior build-out of your campervan. It is made from high-quality materials and designed to hug the cargo area's inner body perfectly – without having to be permanently attached to the vehicle.

Components of the System

  • Frame ribs: Made from durable poplar plywood – stable and precisely fitting. They follow the inner body seamlessly; their inner walls are straight and perpendicular to the floor, creating an ideal space for the rest of your build.
  • Connecting battens: Also made from poplar plywood – they connect the frame ribs and add stability. The entire substructure is made from a single material: light, robust and dimensionally stable.
  • Paneling boards: Made from poplar plywood – either raw for finishing yourself, or with a ready-made surface: the floor as robust phenolic plywood, the walls in white HPL, the ceiling in oak veneer.

Special Characteristics

  • Self-supporting: No permanent attachment to the vehicle body – the system can be removed and reinstalled at any time, e.g. when changing or repairing the van.
  • Lightweight: Poplar plywood makes the system particularly light – without sacrificing stability or robustness.
  • Flexible: The straight, right-angled room structure is the perfect basis for your individual build.
  • Surface of your choice: Raw and natural for finishing yourself – or with a ready-made surface (phenolic coating, white HPL, oak veneer).
