How long does it take to produce my van system?

We typically need about 3–4 weeks for production, as each system is custom-made for you. Should there be any delays, we will notify you in a timely manner.

Does the system fit in every van?

Our systems are specifically designed for popular models like the Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Sprinter, and VW Crafter . With our online tool, you can easily check which version fits your vehicle.

Can I install the system myself?

Yes, the system is designed to be easy to install, even by non-professionals. Many of our customers complete the installation in a weekend.

Is the van system produced sustainably?

Yes, we manufacture our systems directly in Germany – with high-quality materials, short delivery routes, and a clear focus on sustainability.

Shipment

Can I pick up my van system directly?

Yes, pickup at our Erdmannhausen location is easily possible. We'll coordinate the exact date together once your system is ready.

How is shipping done and how much does it cost?

Your van system will be shipped via a freight forwarder and costs €500 . Delivery time is typically 3–4 weeks , as each system is custom-made for you. We will inform you of the exact delivery date in good time.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.

Where does it ship to?

We currently only ship to Germany.

Order

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

How secure is my online order?

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
